Planning & deployment

Seamless setup. Maximum coverage. Long-term protection.

At FIREPOST, installation is more than just mounting a camera—it’s the foundation of a reliable, intelligent fire detection system built to protect your land, assets, and community. Our end-to-end installation process combines expert planning, durable infrastructure, and AI-powered technology to ensure every site is fully optimised for early fire detection. Whether in dense forests, farmlands, remote hills, or urban edges, we customise each deployment to meet the specific needs of the environment and the client.
Stage 1

Site Assessment & Planning

Every project begins with a detailed evaluation of the terrain, climate, risk zones, and visibility points. Our team analyzes coverage requirements and develops a deployment strategy to ensure sensors and cameras are placed for maximum effectiveness.

  • On-site or remote environmental assessment
  • Fire risk mapping and coverage optimisation
  • Tower and equipment placement planning
  • Integration planning with local emergency systems (optional)
Stage 2

On-Site Physical installation

The physical deployment of the FIREPOST system is a critical phase where smart planning meets hands-on execution. Our expert installation team ensures that all components are securely installed, calibrated, and optimized for long-term performance, even in challenging environments. On-Site installation includes following:
  • Video surveillance camera mast.
  • Lighting protector
  • Equipment shelter
  • Solar power panels and equipment
  • Video surveillance camera for monitoring forest areas
  • Security cameras - outdoor surveillance camera and internal Video Camera for the equipment shelter
  • Network equipment and internet connection provision
  • Central Management System
Stage 3

System Integration & Software Setup

Our AI-driven software connects all hardware into a centralized, intelligent monitoring platform.
  • Real-time integration with FIREPOST’s detection software
  • Calibration of AI algorithms for local conditions
  • Setup of user dashboards, alert systems, and access controls
  • Training for staff and operators (in-person or remote)
  • Integration with firefighting authorities or emergency services (Optional)
Stage 4

Testing, Optimization & Launch

Before going live, the system is tested thoroughly to ensure accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Full functional testing of all cameras and sensors
  • Field simulation of fire/smoke detection
  • Fine-tuning of detection zones and alert thresholds
  • Final hand-off with complete documentation and user onboarding
